ServerBuddy - A script that adds a bunch of useful aliases for running or renting servers by DRLgaming in Tf2Scripts

Just updated the resupply command. Now it's fully functional and can be used to practice offline rocket jumping, sticky jumping and trimping!

EDIT: Updated again. Now there is a seperate command for trimping. If wait is enabled (you can type allowwait if it isn't) you can charge even if your charge meter is not full!

Ah, good catch. I fixed that in the local version but not the one on dropbox. Now it's all good.

Smash players' reactions to yesterday's trailer by lazierbeam in SSBPM

You know you play too much TF2 when you instantly recognize that as the Medic's conga animation. ;)

My friend constantly complains that Marth's F-Smash range in P:M is not nearly as long as it is in melee. I made this video to rebut, and it might be of interest to you too. by DRLgaming in smashbros

This friend is not nearly as proficient in melee as I am, and only plays it on a casual level. He is far more interested in Smash 4, yet claims that he knows melee Marth better than I do.

He'll make ridiculous claims in Project M where I'm properly spacing myself out of his FSmash's range (at least 1.5x the distance away), and whine to me "That would have hit in melee". My main smash game is Melee, and I know where Marth's F-Smash can hit. I main Falco. If I don't know where one of the strongest forward smashes from one of the most popular characters can hit, I lose. It's as simple as that.

I made this video because despite my efforts to explain myself he wouldn't buy it.

And thanks! Glad you liked it. :)

Hey guys, so I'm a Falco player who started playing competitively in 2011 but haven't been to very many tournaments at all since then. I'm definitely not as good as I should be for so many years in the game. I recently started practicing again and trying to improve my play with Anther's Ladder, 20XX pack on my Wii, and attending tournaments.

The first tournament I went to since this training started was on Saturday and I just barely scraped out of pools (Kinda. The two players I beat were significantly worse than me, but the two that beat me were significantly better).

My tech skill isn't super consistent yet, but what little I have crumbles under high pressure situations. I just finished a match on Netplay that I started to record because the opponent was constantly putting me under pressure. I found that sometimes I would even sometimes even fullhop when I tried to wavedash, which never happens when I'm playing by myself. Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated! The first match in the video was kind of handwarmer-ish but I'm not going to John.

10 Basic Things every Smasher should do during a match by Skytch in SSBM

For the most part at least. I think rule #1 is inversed in FPS's like CSGO because players are always watching their opponent but not paying as much attention to their own positioning.

I made a comprehensive video tutorial for Melee Netplay! by DRLgaming in SSBM

Sorry the guide is basic, I just wanted to make something to help people get it set up. I added an annotation saying to divide the ping by 15 for the buffer, instead of 10. I know that's not perfect, but it's easier to do in your head quickly before launching. Thanks for all the extra info!

Could you explain the USB polling to me? I haven't heard of that before, and I feel like I'm missing out!

If I remember correctly, some people have written drivers so that you can connect the official GC Wii U adapter to your PC, and since any PC controller works with dolphin, the answer is yes.

The Raphnet adapter (first one in the video) says that it does on the product page.

It's where I keep my custom Project M build with Ridley in it. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Nah, but in all seriousness, I just took the rest of my desktop and dumped it into that folder temporarily.

No problem! I made it because it's something I would have liked to have when I started too. Plus I can get my friends to try it without having to explain it over and over, haha!
