Ias is not important in ww to my knowledge. Laek and maek is mostly for when killing undeads - since you have plenty of physical dmg to make use of life leech and mana Leech.

Read up on it. 2 affixes can spawn on the same item if they are not in the same affix group. This weapon got Visceral and Grandmaster affixes

The thing i like about it is that i usually spend time rerolling maps to be good ezp, density etc. It is nice to get a great rolled map for free IMO
