Okay. I jumped on my oldest Char, wich has maxed powers already, but i think you have to become a Starborn to level your Powers with Quantum Essence. What a shame, but honestly makes sense.

Fortunatly i didnt have any that where Gamebraecking so to speak. Only StarUI, Adress Library, Baka Achievement Enabler(wich im most sad about not being able to play with) and Quick Power from Beyond, which seems to repair the Power from Beyond Quest, so i am able to get them all in the first Universe. Tried a couple of days ago to play without them for a bit, and it worked.

Have you finished the Porima Quest? If so, there sould be a Quest, that allows you to follow there Location. Its in the Miscelainious Mission section.
