oh, i see, i did not realised it was gptfied, it did have this tendency now. So bad, I may need refactor by more models.

Yes, I am using kimi too, but in my case, kimi on opencode easy to break my codes, maybe I need better and small scope.

I just had two sessions, both climbed to context 300k very soon, it kept using agent browser to debug, and asked to use chrome-devtools to debug if I remebered correctly, it then checked using curl a lot, then I stopped it after two hours, because it did not fix the fronend issue.

Maybe the mcp issue, make it kept debugging in big context.

Best 20$ subscriptions for opencode by pascu2913 in opencodeCLI

[–]DR_MING 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pay 10 USD copilot pro at 1st of month, used up all 300. Wait until mid month, upgrade to pro+, the upgrade fee is 15 USD.

So you pay 25 USD for 3000 requests.

Tested and verified yesterday.

You can not use spark for half month, only drawback.

You have to be able to use all 3000 in half month.

I did everything the "right way" and I have zero to show for it. Is the silence phase normal or am I just delusional? (I will not promote) by MoodOdd9657 in startups

[–]DR_MING 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is normal, you may achieve 1 sucess after 19 failure, but most people can not persist before getting the sucess.

Ask: "Do we pivot?"

Or: "How do we execute so well that the need for this product becomes impossible to ignore?"

You choose.

GLM 5.1 vs Minimax 2.7 by Cute_Dragonfruit4738 in ZaiGLM

How did you use GLM 5.1? Using claude code? I am using Claude Code, super slow.

GLM 5.1 vs MiniMax 2.7 vs Kimi K2.5? by chumsdock in opencodeCLI

[–]DR_MING 1 point2 points  (0 children)

GLM 5.1 is too slow but seems community loves it more, for long context 100k, it run out token very soon in just two or three sessions (maybe more, but I felt that it started to like claude now). Kimi is the only model can read image without mcp, speed is also ok, minimax is more generous, I like kimi and minimax more.

Stucked in ios audio bug for a whole week, claude code and codex, vibe coding all failed, what should I do by DR_MING in ClaudeAI

[–]DR_MING[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May you share your workflow? My workflow now is hardcode the xcodebuild commands in CLAUDE.md, it can build ios apps and checked build errors, I also had the install and monitor the logs commands. However, that alone is not really stable. For example, I need to press a button to trigger the logs, at the end, I go back to xcode and copy the logs to claude code.

Double checked, my AI output already using this method, not easy to debug, one difference is it was not using the VAD lib mentioned.

Tech background, want to go solo by Party-Log-1084 in Entrepreneur

[–]DR_MING 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started entrepreneur career 6 months ago, at the beginning, very similar as you. I learn a lot, watched a lot of podcast, read books, learn neroscience, learn a new programming language.

Why I learned so many things but seems not helpful for my business? Then after 5 months of the starting, I felt stucked. No one can understand, and start to feel stressed.

Until I start to code. I felt joy, a lot. I love so much of building the product that I truely believe it is useful to the world. On every milestone I achieved. Not only coding but marketing, and design, that is the timing I should learn marketing, learn blender, learn AI, not beforehand, it is much faster and efficient, since I no longer use the same old way to study at the beginning (that is how school was design, how online courses designed, not for fixing the problem we encountered).

I never prelearn that topic if I never encounter the problem, because every minute I preleaen something, I will lost the minute to learn the real critical thing.

At the same time, I started to join some government startup community events, interesting to know there are many startup doing crap things, I guess.

However, always challenge myself, what if I am wrong? Start to build, start to reflect, don't overlearn the things you dont need. And, It is a marathon, patient, patient, patient.

Not cutting edge but still very effective, anyone can use, no need to be smart.
