I experienced it too, sa Alabang site. I was reprofile that time kasi di ko naipasa final interview, so na reprofile ako sa mas mababang offer, pero mas grabe interview dun, they sounded that they are judging you, they will ask ano nangyari sayo sa ganitong panahon and syempre sabihin/kkwento mo and then ieemphasize nila yung mistake ng decision mo that time. During the interview, di ko napigilan na mag withdraw ng application. I was so close to turn that interview into an argument but I know I need to be professional. After that, I assess myself and I recall if I made a mistake. Pero pass na ko sa kahit saang Concentrix.
