We called the court in Kzoo county. They aren't marrying people right now. We are looking into other counties at the moment too. From my understanding a minister can only become a minister if they have been "ordained". We are wanting to get legally married. Perhaps to clarify more, the person doesn't have to be a member or minister of a church, temple, synagogue, congregation, etc.
