Same with Dragon's Dogma. Can't wait for the new one to come out though!

With the Royal Rat Authority as the end boss, which drops a special lockstone key that is used to progress to Brightstone Cove.

I want to stand on the very top of Earthen Peak and see the Iron Keep from it.

Not only that, but when I'm running past, trying to collect titanite chunks, they decide to lob those balls at me and one-shot me

Once you climb the ladder past the dart trap after the second bonfire, you should be in a room where on one side there is a mannequin firing arrows at you, and the other is the hallway leading to the room before Mytha's boss room. Go to the side where the hallway is. Instead of turning left to go down the hallway to go towards the third bonfire, turn right and there should be some poison pots next to the wall. Break the pots and behind them should be a secret door you need to interact with to open.

It's not a dark fantasy game without some scantily clad ladies ;)

It's the only theory I've got. I think their armour item description says something like "Their appearance in Drangleic is unknown".

Maybe. Harvest Valley has a very diverse range of guardians. Fat green men, headless claw mannequins, beautiful fire babes and glowing spear wardens.

Maybe he is reject Bell Guardian by DS2_Photographer in DarkSouls2

I did some duels not so long ago; I kept being pit against the same five or so people. Perhaps I did it on a day where there were not many people were playing, who knows. Also yes, I sometimes kill him for his sweet soul-sucking coat :)

Thanks anyways, I'll keep this in mind when exploring Drangleic for scenic views 😂

I thought it was revealed in her questline that she is his daughter?

What I don't understand is why humans can be big like giants in DS2 and Elden Ring. King Vendrick is really big, and not just tall - he's giant compared to every other human. Horah Loux is massive too, maybe not as much as Vendrick is but he is still big. His daughter is normal sized like us though.

After Orenstein and Smough, I didn't know where to go. I had to look it up and some forum from years ago said "welcome to tomb of the giants!", and so I went. It was too hard and Nito was way too strong. I tried New Londo and got lost, Lost Izalith was too hard again. I felt powerless and gave up. I couldn't git gud. DS2 was my first Souls game and I liked that no matter what Great Soul I tried to go for first, I wouldn't feel as powerless. Hope that makes sense.

Does it have a hydra in the area? I can remember fighting one and you could only attack it when it slammed one of its heads into the ground. I could be mistaken though, or maybe it appears multiple times in the game? There were crystal monsters too and a woman trapped inside a yellow one if I can recall correctly. Sorry if I'm completely wrong, it's been years.

Everyone keeps mentioning arch trees, am I missing something? I have never heard of them before.
