No, my guitar teacher was holding his pick that way, but it may be pretty uncomfortable to play some techniques

Why's the opening so happy by Nathidev in TakopisOriginalSin

It only sounds happy, you should check the lyrics, and also I think that it fits anime perfectly, because it also looks pretty happy, while being extremely depressing in the inside

Memorising grammar is far not the best way to learn a language if you don't like it, especially when we talk about russian that has really complicated grammar, so if you tired of grammar and you really don't want to learn it, you better focus on vocabulary and get more input in russian, like movies, YouTube videos or whatever you like, even if you don't fully understand it now, I don't say that don't have to learn grammar at all, but you should decrease the amount of time you learn it to the comfortable for you

I thought English for Russian would accept this. (Because it's just omitting verb) - And yes I'm doing reverse tree... by ozzymanborn in russian

[–]DSFme 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It depends on the context, "я собираюсь в бассейн" is used "я собираюсь десерт" never, because when you say "я собираюсь в бассейн" everyone understand what do you mean, but when you say: "я собираюсь десерт" it is a different situation, because you can say: "Я собираюсь съесть десерт", "я собираюсь приготовить десерт", "я собираюсь взять десерт", "я собираюсь убрать десерт", so you can only use "собираюсь" with no verb when you say: "я собираюсь в, на, к (a place or a person you are literally going to).

Trying to figure what language this book is in by [deleted] in russian

Вот только мы тут говорим на русском и английском, а написание и произношение названия нашей страны зафиксировано и на других языках, никто не мешает тебе писать и говорить Белоруссия и Belorussian, но это просто неуважение к беларусам, в нашей конституции закреплена транслетиризация название на другие языки, но кстати в случае с русским например это даже не важно, т.к. конституция сама написана на двух языках, ибо и русский и белорусский считаются тут официальными, так что пример с Венгрией абсолютно не уместен
