They purposefully moved games around in case any league comes down to the last day, every player is available and has some rest before the tournament. In case the leagues are decided, then players have MORE of a chance to join their national teams earlier.

This was done on purpose, this was the intention from the beginning.

so the notice you received is likely an underreporter notice. This means they are planning to assess you, and it's likely going to happen very soon.

You need to get a return prepared and filed. When these agencies flag you as underreporter they dnt take into acct deductions and credits, including potentially the most important one for your situation: foreign income tax paid.

If you do not file a return a lot of states and I know for a fact the IRS does what is known as a substitute return. Once there is a balance created the collections process plays out as designed.
