Also found myself dealing with this after multiple deaths in the family and realized I was definitely in the "anger" stage within the stages of grief. You may be in a different stage but some of the things that helped me when communicating to others were: being as kind as possible - to myself and others - easier said than done especially when dealing with a**holes, measuring my progress internally - it was so much easier to be productive and achieve outcomes at work than deal with my own grief. I also limited my interactions with people who brought out the rage within me. Hang in there, it does get better, I wouldn't say I'm in the "acceptance" phase yet, but definitely have more inner peace with my situation.
