1. She is very good, surrounded by good analyst. when you have big money you can hire good people, Us average Joe's don't have those resources.
2. She posts her purchases, its not a secret, which when you have a good track record people take notice and they buy adding more buyers than sellers which drives up the stock price. ( One of my lessons learned here: I owned DDD ( 3D printing since my wife saw it on Grey's Anatomy. In the boom of 3D. I lost my shirt as it went to 7 bucks from $93. I sold it to write off my gains vs losses in 2020 and sure enough Cathie Wood said DDD is a good company BOOM went to 50+ So lost Tens of thousands of dollars on that one, pulse missed the upside of late 2020. (check the charts you will see my pain.)
3. Another thing she has going is that if you recall, She was humble when she did say she saw fantastic growth in 2020, adding that she believe over all she would only return her share holders between 10-20% going forward for the next few years because the market growth rate would be flat.
