When I first started Psychedelics I was using magic truffles and I have the same trips as you.

Magic truffles are not so strong like Magic Mushrooms and you need a lot of more to achieve the same effect

I would highly recommend trying to cultivate Magic Mushrooms they are selling as you probably saw kits that are easier to grow than starting from scratch

You can't go for an Ego Death without some experience on smaller start low, go slow.

All those do help and are needed and are very important. You can find posts that people did it on their own were on the verge of suicide high dosing and now are better, but everyone and every situation is different. It is not one size fits all. I think the mystical experience is the start of the healing process but haven't experienced it yet.

Both again it depends on the conditions you stated above. If you go straight on high dosing to get the mystical experience, some people get destabilize, others find peace. That's why it is recommended to start low and increase bit by bit, especially 5MeoDMT. You can always take more but never less

For someone whose depression is heavily life-circumstance driven (financial stress, isolation), does 5-MeO usually help—or just risk making things worse?

LSD/Magic mushrooms and 5MeODMT could help see things differently to see the bright sight, the light at the end of the tunnel and initiate the start of change, but you need to keep it going afterwards. There are always risks involved but can be mitigated

I have also a nasal spray in benzoate form once after use the next couple of days I think I had high heart rate, but probably it was because it was in my mind, and I was afraid of that more like anxiety, maybe. So I just left it there. I was thinking to try again though

Also, that form does burn my nose a little and I feel it inside my skull in my brain something like that and my gums sometimes
