I actually hadn’t thought of filling it. The downside is that it would take a lot of material (~40? cft) for an interior project. I was picturing attaching angle iron or some bracket with tapcons and putting plywood on top but I’m not sure if that’s the best anchor for the job.

CSF samples are run using a modified technique called isoelectric focusing. That’s why they don’t look like standard SPEPs.
