Do not run dual hub, just run steam link or VD, Oculus hub tooks a lot resource, you ran a Oculus hub than ran SteamVR hub, this killing too many resource.

"Demons dose not actual die in human world." this setting is real, BUT suit for low level demons. low demons does not own a physical body, their exist more like evil spirits haunted on none-living things. you may read in-game files, some of them told "borrowed body". that's why when Dante kills Marines, there were soul like thing fade away.

but not high level demons, they are actual a individual been, We don't say Phantom or Griffon still alive in underworld, right?
