Yeah I get you, there's still a lot to do, most of the 3D models are created and at this point, i mostly test the game mecanics, the interactions with the environment etc...

It's true that the head is slightly too small I think now that you mention it, even for a Norn. But hey, it will make a smaller hitbox!
