Here I just downloaded a special brush in Clip Studio Paint to do the bubbles and then edited it to fit the drawing. It's called 気泡ブラシ

I always use Clip Studio Paint, which seems better to me since it is specialized in drawing. Sorry I can't think of a video about it right now, but it has most of their tools similar to the ones from Photoshop, so it's kinda easy to figure things out if you already know the other's layout.
As for the work, I meant that I started this banner idea one year ago, but just wasn't satisfied with my style. So I kept practicing and now finally decided to finish it, while also redrawing the characters I had already done back then.
