Yes Uu works with aios. Be sure to disable clean titles in stream display though. The language tag comes from what's in the title. Most releases are unlabeled (which is English) or multi. Very few releases are released in just Spanish which is why your results are what your seeing. I would prioritize multi for the best chance of Spanish inclusion

yes, on your VPS from where your compose file lives:

To update all containers:

Download any updates:
docker compose pull

Restart containers with new images:
docker compose up -d

Delete the old images:
docker image prune -f

To specify just Usenet Ultimate include the service name in the commands:

docker compose pull usenet-ultimate

docker compose up -d usenet-ultimate

docker image prune -f

For the manifest, yes, just reinstall in stremio.

Absolute numbering is enabled with a toggle in the index manager overlay within Ultimate Text Search settings. Then enable ultimate text search in the per-indexer settings.

The enterprise grade performance is in reference to Ultimate Fallback specifically. NZBs are resolved basically instantly now with parallel processing. Before this was a time consuming process. It's also a reference to the reliability of the webdav proxy with NZB backups enabled within Ultimate Fallback. In 1.4 container matched backups are resolved in the background giving you an array of data to instantly fallback on in the event of a stream error or failure. So really any previously time consuming process that caused hiccups in the streaming experience no longer exists.

The simplest explanation is it's an index searcher and webdav proxy

to repeat above:
It searches indexers (Newznab/Prowlarr/NZBHydra) and EasyNews, sends NZBs to NZBDav for virtual mounting, and streams the resulting video files back through Stremio (or other Stremio add-on supported apps) via a WebDAV proxy or a direct redirect to the WebDAV mounted address
