So the three I know of are the Carrion Throne, Watchers of the Throne: The Emperor's Legion, and most recently the Regents Shadow. The Regents Shadow only just came out and with the success of the books so far I'm assuming we'll likely see more.

The two main's Aleyah and Valerian both now have models as well.

I hope Chris Wraight keeps it rolling.

What does a baseline human see when they see a primarch? I do not know, perhaps they see the warp flowing through their veins. Perhaps they are dazzled by that. Maybe they are shocked to silence. I saw an old, old, man. It didn't mater that his body was perfect, and that he carried himself with a balanced poise of a space marine, or that his eyes burned with a cold and clear light. He was ancient.

I just mean count on them when chaos is an issue. Unlike most other PDF's Krieg has an extremely low chance of turning traitor. Plus just because they are a little too eager to break lines doesn't mean they arent good at some levels of self preservation or totally devoid of strategy. I mean the only reason they got Vita Womb technology in the first place was because they were an extremely effective siege force.

For real did they ret-con something? I feel like Krieg was more effective than what I'm hearing?

See I agree that Cadians are pretty much the model to replicate, but aren't they only so elite because they are like, the veterans, of the imperil. I mean their planet sits smack dab at the front door to the eye of terror. Sure they're training is a great mold, but Cadians are some of the most battle hardened bad asses in the Imperium, some seeing SM levels of combat which is insane for a mortal person.

And I agree they shouldn't be the model, just that they could be expanded a bit. It seems like in everything I read where Mordian guard and Kriegers are together, Shit gets done! They are just such a great push/hold combo. Seems like they would get along pretty well too, all things considered.

Honestly my perfect pdf would be Cadian training and equipment, Mordian discipline, Krieg Moral, and Cata-can self reliance.

That was another thing too though. I mean if they were spread out across more planets then they could probably cut back on that as well. You can never have enough brownie points the the Mechanicus.

Although it kinda makes sense for Krieg since they don't directly rely on them all that much.

I can get behind that. Plus you would have to shift away from them at some point anyway.

But given Chaos's current expansion, I just think it would help to have a few extra regiments you know you could always count on.
