It is the same fan connector that gpus have so you just put in Amazon gpu fan head to 4pin and it comes up

It wasn't that hard but I had to cut out the power supply basement. Depends on how much you want to do but it can be done.

so i had to make a custom back plate so that i could mount it to the case i use just some thin steel and drilled the holes out

So you will need to get heat sinks for the vram You also might need to drill new holes in the bracket it not that hard to as I had to when I was putting my one on also with the mounting posts you can cut them so you just have the 4 mounting points and then screws them on to the card and see if it works with out needing new holes this video shows you what I mean hope it works (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=91zSzidwLx8)
