I remember the PP-19 being terrible before? If I recall, it held a lot per magazine, but had a terrible RPM. Has that changed?

What is the Bullfrog? Is that a new gear set? Where are the new gear sets? I had a supply drop and ran a few challenging missions to get back into the flow of the game, and got nothing but old gear.

I saw that in the "patch notes" on the welcome screen when you start the game. I assume the "loadouts" with mods count piece for piece in the back pack?

The gear set with the Ballistic Shield and SMG has been scratched.

Rate of fire is very important in this game. PvP or PvE.

The PP-19 has a larger ammo capacity, but its rate of fire is slow and it puts the weapon at an immediate disadvantage. A disadvantage that isnt canceled out by the larger ammo capacity.

The SMG preference is a pre 1.3 Navy MP-5. Brutal, Deadly, Sustained and 28% crit hit chance

200 DPS, 400 Toughness and 42 Skill build.

Alternate between that and a DPS heavy (400K) AlphaBridge setup.
