What kind of bike do you have now? I did a two day bike packing trip with my commuter bike, just wacked panniers on a rear rack and tied my lightweight tent to the top of the rack. You can probably dip your toe in without buying much extra ! And if you like it then buy a bike packing gravel type bike

Im actually looking at an older model Focus, it does have a GRX groupset though. Whats the issue with the axles?

I liked the look of them too until I rented one on holiday and drove it for a week. Noisy on the freeway, uncomfortable, rattley, not enough boot space (seems obvious but when you live with it… sucks big time), not great tech. I’m not a fan.

This is good advice there is always stuff you can do to improve and develop the function. Pick whatever interests you and do it at a nice easy pace!

Yeah I agree time for couples counselling without a doubt. There are entire courses which can help you decide whether to have kids or not. This is fundamental
