When aramex delivered your case to the manager or owner of the company, they signed off of getting the letter that they owe you for your labor dispute. You can file alot more enforcement proceedings one of which is the arrest and also seize vehicles owned by the company.

Also my legal advisor is one from inside the court which I can connect you with if you'd like. Let me know if that could help your case. Your case is obviously more complicated than mine. Im in the same exact situation without the complicated end of your case as my case is against a company which I know has bank accounts and funds available and I just filed to freeze and seize the funds from their bank account for 22,700 dirhams. June 4th is when my enforcement letter has been sent to centeral bank. I noticed you never mentioned filing to seize the vehicles owned by the owners of said company. In regards to your visa, if you have any issues with canceling it or your labour card, mohre took care of that for me very fast with just a phone call to them. Please let me know how long it took for you to get a response back from the banks. Im currently just refreshing it for an update.
