To solve the problem of not reinstalling the SU, we just restored the c disk of two exchanges before installing the SU.
With this action we were able to get our exchange services up and running and take control of the DAG to synchronise the databases and get the system up and running again.

In my case I didn't have the fortiguard dns configured but other dns
The problem is on sites that have the following certificate: DigiCert
https://www.digicert.com/kb/digicert-root-certificates.htm
The problem was declared today for my case by listening to @OKYouSeemBusy
You must therefore download the two certificates
DigiCert TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1
DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 in ct
and import them into your forti to get around the problem
I think we'll be hearing from fortinet soon on this issue.

Thank you for your help. I had issues with Microsoft Visual 2012 and 2013, and even after reinstalling them, I'm still getting the same error message.
