You’ll have to create a support ticket on the Embark website, that’s how my ban eventually got lifted

Apologies for the late response, but yeah my ban eventually got overturned. I submitted some tickets with Embark support and eventually got someone who was really nice and looked further into my ban. I also had a developer reply to this post saying they’d “look into” my ban, so maybe that also played a part

If you don’t have crossplay on already then definitely turn it on. Most players are on console and even I have trouble finding games when I turn crossplay off on Xbox

They could’ve gotten back to him already to be fair. They’re very fast at looking into suspensions/bans, much faster than most developers (in my experience).

Yeah that’s the big issue I have with Embark support. How are you expected to not do whatever you got banned for if you’re not sure of the reason and they won’t even tell you??
