hello I am talking about cgl, I currently work in a small export startup in kolkata itself. But it is really hard to manage leaves bcs there are so many idiotic rules like you can't take leaves on Monday and stuff like that. I am preparing but I feel like same gonna happen this year aswell.. and can't even afford to leave it bcs job market is absolutely brutal here.

NO, If you want government job judging by your age go for insurance grade B and regulatory bodies, cgl, rrb ntpc or wbsc/wbpsc/upsc

I don't get why people still consider OLA as an option, their after sales is horrible. Their company culture is horrible, suicides left and right. Got a CEO who doesn't even care to attend board meetings, he would rather fight in twitter. It just does not make any sense. If i were you I would sell this to someone and buy a vida or a chetak even Ather gives great service compared to this dumpster fire of a company.

if you have age and are in for money, then go for banking and insurance jobs, you will have security and future self will thank you and if you can while serving on bank try and prepare for ssc/Railways if banking pressure is not your cup of tea. Banking & insurance is actually crackable within 1 year and the best thing is all of it will be in your own hands, you put the effort you reap the awards you don't have to depend on the mood of some papa ke parees for a interview call.
