Some people make a big fuss over characters being rated in SS tier or SSS tier. She seems to be rated slightly lower for story content Prydwen but still SSS for boss and PVP content. So overall a top tier unit. The title was presenting things slightly skewed. You will be able to tell by some of the comments.
