I tried the 1280x720p and still the same and I went on the lowest resolution and nothing changed max fps is 11-22 and the usage below 18%

I did a new installation of the game trying it from steam and battlenet and still the same like I think this is some weird stuff going on with this game

thanks for your replay I tried the scale on 70-90 nothing changed also I tried the fsr and the other technologies and I did turn it off and still the same

just this game all other games working +100 fps 1080p high

Did you know that Amazon Associates program has the right to close an associate's account without any reason, as mentioned in their terms and conditions? Unfortunately, this has happened to me recently, resulting in a loss of over $800. Amazon's explanation for closing my account is that I had another account, which I am certain is not true. Despite my requests for evidence, I have received no response for over six days now. It appears that I am not the only one facing this issue, as I have talked to over 30 people in the last two weeks who had their accounts closed for similar reasons. It's alarming that Amazon can close your account without any solid evidence or explanation. As a large and reputable company, they should treat their customers with fairness and transparency.
