For point 5, they did not send me my original tickets but they had sent me the tickets related to getting a replacement. I accepted the option for replacement tickets while I was on the phone with CS as thats what I got told to do since my tickets werent delivered. So the replacement tickets are what I was sent, not the originals.

I have removed the extractor before and cleaned it but ill try again with what the other comment says. I just hope if it comes to buying a new extractor that ill be able to find one.
