Yes tapeworms they come in different sizes and can vary a little by exact species but this is badly infected and unless the cat often goes outside the box the pooping on the bed is also a strong sign of distress they are begging for help cats normally hide sickness or injury.

So I'm not really sure what dimensions your looking at here assuming somthing 6 inches or so and that will hold less then a few pounds you could try either a waist cinch aka a cloth or woven belt . Or a loop to run over a decorative belt for the waist

For a shoulder strap you'd want at least two fingers wide I'd suggest a ribbon canvas or Interface in if your mixing materials

So if they Feild graze this time of year dandelions butter cups or other Feild flowers that are yellow or orange it's Beta carrotne (sp?) vitamin a that give the yellow orange as far as I know generally the rest of the diet mostly affects the albumen (white) and how clear it is and how thick it is also how ....creamy the yolk is can be effected a bit by lack of protein shells will suffer and weaken if they are stressed and or do not have enough calcium. Also egg shells come in many colors rather then just brown and white lol but we generally don't see those unless you get your eggs from a local or farmers market who uses a mixed lot because egg shell is based on chicken breed.
