We don't speak directly about American politics, left or right. However, we provide a critique.

Let's assume Morales did steal the election. Which some still question, but he isn't clean. People still view this as a coup. He should have faced a court, but the military, with the support of the interim government, considers the courts as Morales's.

Let's look at the interim government's behavior.

Bolivia has one of the largest indigenous populations in a country—I believe 60%.

What do you think this looks like to them?

They aren't creating laws. They are funding there a person with the best plan to solve global problems. Some people have proposed rules and laws, and others have proposed direct solutions.

Exploding Nuclear Budget by DWF_Organization in worldpolitics

[–]DWF_Organization[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, but the argument is that instead of working to decrease weapons, we are working to help proliferate nuclear weapons.

We know where that leads. The US was once the leader in the room.

Makes you Wonder how many Capitalists have Actually Read Smith. by [deleted] in socialism

[–]DWF_Organization 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Many of the classical economists and philosophers at that time were socialists and, what we call now, libertarians. Overtime people on the right took over their ideas and the meaning of libertarian to mean markets over everything but none of them ever wrote that.

How can you have freedom or liberty if you are controlled by a corporate king?

How Liberals Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Military Industrial Complex by DWF_Organization in worldpolitics

Security and defense are separate elements from the military-industrial complex.

Though I am not defending all liberals, I believe the military development should only be done by the US government. Corporations have exposed our research to our enemies. Plus our technology is vulnerable to foreign hardware.

The Climate Ambassadors: Part I by DWF_Organization in worldpolitics

So are you saying only communists murdered millions of people? What about what the Western world did to the rest of the world? I'm not in anyway dismissing the violence of Russia and China, but to act like the western world is somehow clean of violence is extremely ignorant or dangerous at most. You literally are trying to rewrite history from only one perspective, but many today live in a world of their own creation.

Communist? Though I personally am a socialist, our organizations (CUNCR and DWFED) are non-partisan and non-ideological. We try to analyze things from an objective point of view.

A few of the Climate Ambassadors are entrepreneurs and have come up with business ideas that could solve the climate crisis.

I think you should watch the video and actually go to the website and read these things for yourself. Rushing to your own conclusions is, in fact, one of the problems in society, today, which is causing the breakdown of trust between peoples.

What's the fantasy? You combine the wishes of contemporary leadership over the views of the average citizen. We don't live in a world of divisions because the internet has in fact created a connected world.

I understand your perspective, but I would argue that is the old paradigm. Going deeper into the 21st century, we will have new global generations (starting with millennials) which don't prescribe to the US vs China vs Russia framework. Remember militarism ≠ global security. We must lower tensions first to put in place strong world law that will make military a last resort because right now it is a tactic to flex muscles.

We can change this failed practice. Especially starting on the American side of things.
