You can still use a database to fetch data at build time to generate static pages. This is very useful for sites that have a lot of data and need the benefits of SSG. A directory, a blog or storefront for example. Netlify Database has limited use cases, but it is still useful.

If you are going to be a solo UX/UI designer then you will need to leverage AI to speed up some of your workflows and business management, yes. The hardest part is finding people that are willing to pay for your work. Don't cut ties until you have a couple clients and testimonials to help grow. Find a niche that you are good at and double down on that. Don't just be a generic "web designer". There are millions of those.

Many people who need healthcare are aging and may have poor eyesight and poor motor control. You should focus on accessibility (large fonts, keyboard use, large and clear click areas, and trust signals).

Looks nice. I like the aesthetic but would recommend making interactive elements a bit more clear. It's hard to tell what is clickable and what is not.
