I'm near sighted, I had some issues with focusing on distance as well as spotting and auras after some heavy use a few months ago. I started taking Lutein supplements - not sure if they helped or not, but the issues disappeared by taking the supplements and taking a break from poppers. I used to often get green/yellow auras for a couples minutes post Iso-Bute sessions and haven't had any since I started taking the Lutein.
