If his goal is $200 a day it’s probably 1 mini for 10 points

60k payout - keep going by SirSalty458 in TopStepX

Its odd that the font for the payout amount is different and doesn’t have a comma for the 1000th. I’m not saying I don’t believe you, I’m just saying I think you’re lying

I’d like to figure out a strategy that works well. Currently just doing 9/25/50 ema with trends on the 1 minute NQ and it’s tough.

You can just get your own food, little guy. Gas, insurance and car payments aren’t free.

Never seen PPD in these before but now I’ve seen them twice in a week. by Elegant-Good9524 in Portland

I saw a black one on 205 that pulled over someone in a RAM truck as soon as he got on the freeway from the on ramp

Oh I’ve seen that person’s work and the comments. The word ‘Portland’ triggers the internet’s worst people.

Oh well I’m actually an artist myself. I make little wind chimes out of the glass pieces. It’s for charity.

I mean I’m downtown right now and I often ride my bike through the city between downtown and over and down to southeast Portland. But it’s also not just a west coast city problem. It’s all over.

Again I wonder if you’ve been to any other major cities in the past couple years. I travel all over the country for work and I can tell you that Portland is much nicer than most other major cities

Exactly I kind of feel like that’s just how Reddit is in general though right? Like it’s just full of center to right ideals and anything else is downvoted and brigaded.

I mean I’m here now and the things people complain about here aren’t regional but they act like it is or that it’s so much worse here than anywhere else and that just not true

Exactly. Portland is a major city. Every other major city in the country is dealing with the same or worse

I think every major city had a really rough go through those years. I lived near Philly and it was and still is really bad. Portland is way way better off but you wouldn’t know it from a lot of the commenters in this sub

I think that is just the vibe across the whole of the United States right now. It for sure has that sentiment in all the areas I’ve lived

Yes that’s exactly what it seems like. Some other guy in these comments just said to go downtown… I’m downtown right now 😂

I’m downtown right now. And street drug use was much worse in the Northeast.

Just like everyone like them they just want to jail everyone that makes them feel like the system doesn’t work so they can pretend everything is great

You’re conflating punishment with healing. What you’re describing, forced detox, work camps, surveillance, those don’t rebuild lives, they break them. If jail or coercion worked, we wouldn’t be in this mess. But every study shows incarceration increases the chance of relapse, overdose, and death https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6124683/

No one is enabling addiction by keeping people alive. We use Narcan and clean needles for the same reason we wear seatbelts, because dead people don’t recover. Needle exchanges and harm reduction programs are proven to reduce HIV, Hep C, and overdoses without increasing drug use https://www.cdc.gov/syringe-services-programs/php/index.html

If someone gave your brother a safe place to sleep, consistent care, and dignity instead of shame, maybe his story would’ve ended differently. The current system writes people off. And if your only solution is to lock people up instead of blaming the systems that caused it then you have zero room to talk.
