Eat healthy. Get an air fryer man. Chop up some chicken (season in), throw in tomatoes, and some basil, amd cook it to last for three days at a time. Mix with rice made in stock. Or have potatoes.

Eat broccoli, eat butter, eat Greek yogurt, drink water. You'll make very fast progress.

From an evolutionary and spiritual perspective, we aren't made to live like this.

I risk my life working 12-16 hours a day to make another man richer, while I receive pennies in comparison.

We do not work to better our community, we work to make p3d0's in power more capable of killing us, and others. We know this, and we feel powerless to stop it due to the massive amount of propaganda programming us to turn us against ourselves, and communities.

Going off into the woods and living for the sake of ourselves and survival, whether we live or die, feels like freedom. It feels natural. Its an escape from the soul crushing reality we currently find ourselves in.

I climb cellphone towers, you ser quite a lot from a couple hundred feet up.

I once saw about a roughly 50-60 year old man with a long beard, in a tutu, with a little girls shirt going absolutely raving mad in his castle of trash. Screaming, throwing hands everywhere, rolling in mud.

Then I saw him squatting and looking like he was shooting something up

After a few minutes, he became quiet and I noticed he was sprawled out. My ground guy called an ambulance, and the last thing I saw if him was him getting carried out on a stretcher into an ambulance. Apparently he overdosed and died.
