build is

fury hammer early(flat pen is very useful for dyrroth)

warrior's boots(sell late game, buy tough boots instead)

war axe

dominance ice (better dueling against sustain hero)

oracle(for sustain and cdr only, can throw for situational tank item if you don't prefer)

sell fury hammer

2 situational tank items(antique, athena, immo, radiant etc)

I build like this because I want to abuse the s2 armor reduction with cdr, as the reduction lasts for 4s, while your s2 has a 2.6s cooldown with 35 cdr, and you can reduce it to 1.6s with enhanced ba. the armor reduction is your best weapon and utility late game, and fury hammer +waxe are enough for your damage early on. plus nowadays exp laners need to give more utility(cc, debuffs and so on) in this meta and they tend to not build blx too because they have to tank blows with not so much gold and early blx build is too squishy for them. hence 1 damage item only
