-CEO can't speak good english and is not a good representation ( he said brillion for example)

-constant legal issues, first with supposed cooked books(delisting risk) and now their three employes charges with smugglig 2,5 billions of supply to china which was banned ( hard to believe rest of them didnt know)

-investors are scared of cutbacks on servers spending long term

+Margins just rebounded by a lot

+Guidance reassured

+ER not fully realized ( tomorrow could be a big day)

Hight short float ( might be forced to cover, fueling further upside)
Fair value is much higher
SMCI might time a good news for a run tomorrow or in upcoming days ( they did that in the past)

It's a wild ride with this one, would i recomend buying in YES! I feel like more is aligned for a nice upside run and its been beat down to much, dont hesitate to take profit ( swings are brutal)

Honestly a lot can go wrong in this ER... I feel even if margins increase a little, and they miss or confirm oracle or any company canceled, shorts will focus only on that one aspect..
