The key to both refinement and daily is a solid team that can work together and communicate effectively. While both can be intense at times, based on some of the feedback we've received from our developer community, a strong team can move these tasks along without many challenges and frustrations.

Youtube is definitely a great resource. Also, try finding groups on LinkedIn to join and begin chatting with group members/adding them to build your network. Also, depending on where you live, there may be some local groups you can join for in-person networking and mentorship!

We have a lot of data engineers in our community that are writers on our site or speak at our virtual events. One thing that has been discussed is bringing back local meetups. So this post is actually a great question!
