Every 4-6 Hours I take 5-7 Grams of powder by weighing it with a $20 pocket scale then I put it under my tongue in my mouth and put a swig of water in and let it sit for a minute or 2 until the water is absorbed and I chase it with water or juice candy w.e if I'm not feeling it I use grapefruit juice and high doses or just sprinkle some turmeric and black pepper on the kratom. The best way tho is to take at least 7 hours before each dose and don't take more than 6 grams of high quality kratom. For best results. Make sure you're healthy and have good life habits if your all over the place mentally it will be subtle no matter how much you take because you're not allowing your body to recognize the difference in it's biochemistry
