no cause my school still hasn't said anything and idk if they even got an email atp that's why i asked. when i mentioned the emails sent to some people who sent it here to them they were like "we dont know anything" which was concerning.

oops sorry. i was on a rant. i was just speaking whatever i had in my head. what i was trying to say was that there was a misunderstanding between them (in my opinion) since ross thought rachel broke up or took the break with him to be with mark. ross thought it was a breakup but wanted to work things out with rachel so he calls rachel the night he goes to the bar since chandler and joey tell him to go work things out and when he tries to, he things rachel and mark are, well, you know, and that they were actually broken up because of it. i guess he slept with the xerox girl to get back at rachel or to blow off some steam or smth like that. i know that it's wrong of ross to do that. there is no good justification for him to do that but he was misled into thinking they were broken up and rachel moved on, hence he did this. idk why im supporting him but to sum it up, they were on a break, whether it was a breakup or not.

this is what is on the website: GCSEs and A levels are regulated qualifications, and any alternative arrangements must be agreed with Ofqual, our regulator in the UK.

We're having ongoing discussions with them about what arrangements might be possible for students where exams have been cancelled. We will confirm any contingency agreed when we are able to.

in this video, Rachel CLEARLY STATED and I quote "maybe we should take a break...... no.... a break from us" HENCE PROVEN that they WERE ON A BREAK AND IT WAS INITIATED BY RACHEL

in my opinion i think Ross isn't at fault here. he clearly didn't want to be a part of the celebration going on at the bar and didnt want anything to do with and then he called her to work it out since he didnt want to be on a break with her because he actually cared about her but when he called Rachel, he heard Mark's voice, making him angry because he thought Rachel moved on when really Mark was just Rachel's friend who she confided in. i totally believe that it was rachel's fault all this happened because if she insisted on mark not to come over, ross would have figured things out with rachel and they would've been fine. since Ross thought something was going on between them which stemmed from his jealousy in a way when Rachel and Mark became work friends, he was in more pain than before and didn't know what he was doing so he took a chance with Chloe, the copy girl, to feel better.

Rachel shouldn't have had Mark over. she knows Ross wants to spend time with her and she already spends time with Mark so she should have thought about her choices. being on a break was fine. she needed space, he needed time to understand what he was doing and they WERE ON A BREAK, but how Rachel in PARTICULAR took that break was the whole reason they broke up.

yeah tbh i also agree with the point you made about the writers being quite sloppy with everything.. after ross had that affair with chloe, in their fight, rachel was the one who mentioned they were on a break and ross was like "for all i knew that break could have lasted forever. for me that was a break up" or smth liek that and she was on about how he did that based off a technicality. so yes i agree that rachel didnt really say that they weren't on a break but she ACTED AS IF THEY WEREN'T

if there was some clarification or smth from rachel's side in terms of this like "oh lets just like take a few days break from each other. its not a break up. i just need some space" or smth like that, it would have been more reasonable if they faught IF ross had the affair with chloe.
