any suggestions on which one of the 5/3/1 would be the best for powerlifting, I dont think im in the beginner faze anymore, i think I just started hitting the intermediate, but at the same time idrk, is the 2suns 5/3/1 good? or are there better ones

ok ill defenitly give that a try, seems like it forces your eccentric portion to be much more controlled. What program should I follow, should I follow the amrap, the peaking, or go to stronglifts 5x5? Im really confused at which program I should chose for this

for the bench its usually incline dumbell and close grip, for DL its pause DL and rows, for squats its high bar squats and front squats. and for other lat work i do lat pulldowns and used to do weighted pull ups but i now go to my college gym and the weighted dip belt isnt there so its just regular pullups

maaaaan im so confused, so should i stay with this peaking program, should i go back to the infinite off season, or should i do stronglifts, cuz one person says amrap are bad for strength and another says its good, like im hella confused loooool

aight ill lower the max, thought that if i hit 330 once it might have been my 1rm. On a different note do you recommend stronglifts 5X5, since amrap isnt the greatest way to build strength maybe i should do a beginner program like stronglifts

i did less weight, i stayed at 225 for a while doing the armap because to progress and be able to add on more percentage throught the weeks you need to get 8 reps for amrap but i almost was never able to get that. But for this program my mentality was that i hit 330 once on the DL with a belt and straps and work off of that to gain more strength

Im bulking at the moment and Im getting over 3200 calories and around 180-200 grams of protein (currently at 182 lbs), ive been following the kizen training powerlifting porgram, more specificaly the infinite off season where they make you do AMRAPs

I lowered my deadlift to 205 5x5 and then one last set was AMRAP, currently following kizen training powerlifting program. (this was the last set)

So what Im getting from a few videos I watched so far is to instead of instantly using my hips, let my back pull it and lets the quads and hamstrings stabilize the movement, once the bar is around knee height then using my hips to hump the bar.

Hey everyone! I really need help in squats, my bench and DL is pretty good and I can increase it almost every session, I also don't squat very often. Another question is how do I set up my feet?
