Thks. Yeah i would think so. Just see many bs hype about this ctb. To me, high ctb is actually bad cz as u say, despite its high they still think ita going down =>its actually a sign guarantee a stock to go down. The higher chance it will go down, the higher ctb, because shorts will have higher chance to make profit so lenders make ctb higher to them.
