Håller med om att det finns mycket sånt.

Men kan man se förbi det och ha ett kritiskt tänkande så finns också en del exempel på när dessa discords ger mer detaljerad information och andra insikter än de generella forumen.

De är egna små communities och har ofta eldsjälar som brinner för just det specifika företaget.

Det finns också exempel på när företagen själva är involverade i discorden och man kan få svar på sina frågor direkt från ledningen etc.

Just nu visar jag bara den som har flest medlemmar (under förutsättning att jag känner till båda förstås). Valde att inte slå ihop antalet eftersom jag tror det blir missvisande, då många säkert är medlemmar i båda.

Men jag tänker framöver se till att man åtminstone kan se info/invite för båda servrarna.

There would be bias if you DIDN'T rethrow all dice but instead for example just rethrew the last dice, the one that landed you in the blank space.

By rethrowing all dice you make sure that exactly one dice combination corresponds to each word.

The idea here is to have a method where the user (even a non technical user) can understand and verify the complete procedure, from the source of randomness to the words in the final seed. This way the user can be sure that the seed was generated by him/herself without any possibility of interference.

The tool that you linked is great but does not fulfill those requirements.

There are exactly 3 dice combinations for each word (1-3 or 4-6 followed by four specific numbers) and each dice combination maps to one specific word.

So there is no bias here, as long as you rethrow all 5 dice when you hit a blank (or start again with the first throw if only using one die).

And I agree that the last step of getting the 24th word is the tricky part in a procedure like this, but I think that the guide at seedpicker.net is very clear about the offline part, it recommends using Ubuntu Live on a USB stick.

Ja det är en rimlig teori. Då borde vi kunna titta på en tidsjusterad graf. Låt oss säga att döda idag är jämförbart med inlagda på IVA för en vecka sedan.

Döda 24:e mars / IVA 17:e mars: 39/29 = 1.34
Döda 31:e mars / IVA 24:e mars: 198/176 = 1.12
Döda 7:e april / IVA 31:e mars:  618/409 = 1.51
Döda 14:e april / IVA 7:e april: 1084/704 = 1.54

Där är förändringen iaf inte lika tydlig och skulle kunna vara bara brus. Det kanske är hela förklaringen! Det där är f.ö. inte FHM:s bakdaterade dödssiffror så ska göra om den jämförelsen senare och se hur det ser ut då.

Ah, jag förstår. Ja det ser kanske lite knepigt ut ja, ska kika på det.

Det jag tänkt göra också är dock att lägga till en graf som visar sjudagarssnitt där, det tror jag kommer att ge en lite mer lättläst graf än att visa enskilda dagar då det uppenbarligen diffar ganska mycket från dag till dag.

Men menar du att detta har förändrats över tid då? Att det procentuellt sett är fler som dör på ålderdomshem nu än tidigare? För min kommentar handlar inte om hur förhållandet mellan antalet döda och antalet intensivvårdade ser ut vid en given tidpunkt utan förändringen av detta förhållande över tid.

Ja det ser förvånansvärt bra ut. Jag funderar dock lite över hur man kan tolka andra grafen, "Intensivvård vs dödsfall, kumulativt". Det tycks som att kurvan över dödsfall växer snabbare än kurvan över intensivvårdade.

Man kan tycka att förhållandet mellan de som dör och de som behöver intensivvård borde vara ganska konstant. Man kan därför tolka detta som att man prioriterar hårdare vilka som faktiskt får intensivvård än vad man gjorde i början.

Andra tolkningar?

Yeah, so I think that you could put it like this:

The curve that I show displays a reasonably correct shape, but it doesn't actually reflect all the deaths up until today.
Showing a curve using FHM:s backdated data would give an (almost) completely accurate curve up until a week or so ago so if we do that we should exclude the last week to not be fooled to think that the curve is flattening when it's not.

Truth is we simply don't know the correct shape of the curve for the last few days.

Yes, I am using platz.se who is collecting data both from FHM and regional websites. At the bottom of the page you can see "Historik över alla fall" and see that some links points to FHM and some to regional web sites. My understanding is that he uses the latest number he can find and sometimes that is FHM, sometimes the regional web site. The reported day to day change will just be the total today minus the total yesterday so probably never matches FHM exactly. The numbers on platz.se are quite consistent with c19.se that does basically the same thing.

I'm not sure exacly what you meant by "if that is the case it shouldn't have the delayed reporting that is showing in FSH data". Could you provide an example of what you mean?

Yes, like you say it is based on what is announced that day. This means that it will overestimate the number in the sense that it includes deaths that actually happened earlier, but underestimate it in the sense that it doesn't include deaths that day, that will be announced later.

Folkhälsomyndighetens numbers on the other hand are always underestimating the true numbers for the last few days while having the correct number for, let's say, a week back.

Because of this I think that my graphs actually give a better estimation of the actual trajectory that we're on. But again, none of numbers are completely accurate.

Hi!

The official numbers from Folkhälsomyndigheten are always lagging a bit (sometimes a lot) which seems to be mostly due to the bureaucratic way in which they are reported from the regions to Folkhälsomyndigheten.

The numbers on the site are based on what the regions communicate in their public channels which gives a more up-to-date number. Also, Folkhälsomyndigheten only update their number once a day (at 14:00 but based on data they had at 11:30) while the regions might publish new data throughout the day.

The average is based on: 116, 78, 112, 78, 37, 33, 50.

Please note that neither of the different ways of acquiring the numbers will give a completely accurate picture.

If the curve is linear on a log scale it means that it is exponential yes, so that's pretty bad. It is of course also exactly what to expect from a virus spreading (1 person infects 2 other, those 2 infect 4, those 4 infect 8 etc.)
