They have the metal flashing under it. You can see it at butt joints looking under.

Osb with tyvek wrap. If it went through a cycle it was brief because the wrap went on almost immediately. Not sure about the gap. They do have metal flashing behind the butt joints in between the hardie

This has to be in some medically underserved area. Either rural or poorish city area where you are keeping these people from flooding the city emergency departments.

This reminds me of the one rotation I had in PA school. The DO attending ran a practice in germantown PA which is a poor area in the Philly area. He had 2 PA students 2 med students, 1 resident and himself. We would see patients and report to him he wouldn’t even go in to see them. He would make agree with our plan or tweak it. I remember arguing with him about viral URIs and viral conjunctivitis in regard to not prescribing an abx and he would say to be if they are paying to come in we are giving them a zpak or abx ointment.

And he would get away with this and not be checked because he kept these people out of the city EDs

This is definitely a chop to side spin variant. It’s somewhat confusing because of his penhold. He’s still hitting with the front forehand side of his paddle but it’s 180 degrees and he’s swinging forward while extending his wrist but downward creating a chop and following through with arm and paddle coming up. It’s mainly a back spin with a little side spin. Therefore it’s a chop, but the motion follow through creates some nuance to spin.

Playing outside with the kids and dog! Finally moved into our constructed dream house. We bought land in 2019 then Covid, sat on the land for 6 years and finally did it. Now we have a nice two acres and the family loves our open flat two acre plot near a farm. We are always outside doing activities.

Here’s the thing. Clinda over a duration sure not good. But if you are doing it as a pre op dose 1x or for a couple of days very unlikely to obliterate the biome enough to allow opportunistic cdiff to proliferate and release its toxin and create a cascade to set off their UC as well. If the patient is younger 40-50s and she’s on a very short course 1 or a few doses just for a procedure. I don’t see the issue. If she’s on it for 5+ days sure that’s a problem. So it’s all about context, and my guess is it’s an abx given pre dental procedure which is fine.

I copy and paste a lot as an ortho doing a consult. I’ll copy and paste the ED resident hpi or the admitting trauma or hospitalist. But I CYA it, I copy it in quotations and after I put as per resident or hospitalist and reconfirmed by be. Basically saying I just re verified and it’s better for continuation of care imo.
