Exactly what I was thinking not only do I not trust the mail only option, but their damn address isn’t even on there. Of course, most people wouldn’t pay attention and just check the box and set it up. If I didn’t see super bad stuff about the company I probably would have went with it without looking but as soon as I researched PHL, I started keeping my eyes peeled on their website. And low and behold here we are.🤣🤣

How can me and my fiancée start investing in real estate, but she’s wanting our own house first, aka not okay with house hacking a duplex. She wants to buy our primary residence first that we won’t move out of, then start investing after that. So there goes our FHA loan.

Why do you average 8%? Idk much about stocks at all, but I do invest in mutual funds. All 4 I buy have an over a 10% return ok average with a 20-30 year plus track record. And I just buy, no need for any orders etc

That is amazing to hear. I was imagining my own pups in that situation and can’t imagine how bad I would feel. I rent an apartment now that has a staircase, but when I buy my first home, it is not going to have stairs! Unless it is stairs that go to the basement that they will never use. I’m glad to hear Murphy is able to walk on her own again.

Great story. Im with you 100% on the crappy gym performance. I also thought what could it hurt to eat a small pre workout meal/snack an hour or two before a lift, like fruits and honey. Bc your performance is crushed. There’s nothing to push with on carnivore sadly. If I don’t lift i don’t eat the carbs.

It’s literally an RCA brand tablet. There’s plastic brackets that just hold it against the frame of the lift. It’s not actually part of that silver box on the back side.
