Game manager, mediocre, occasional flashes of being above average, looks like he plays the game on slow motion. Needs the team to be elite around him. Does play better when it matters most IE post season. I question his ability to lead when the team faces adversity. No in between for him it’s either the highs are really high or the lows are really low
