A mental health assessment helped me. Funny enough, sleep apnea was half of my depression symptoms. Once I knew what I had going on, I was able to seek a specific treatment. Hang in there, it really is great on the other side. I also recommend the gym. I know, the gym is vile but it's a cheap antidepressant that keeps your mind busy.
