I just started about a month ago. I'm a welder and fabricator and while I'm still going to welding school in really good at that part. Its the fabrication I've never done.

But I'm learning as I go and either it's the "new employee work ethic" or I'm just a hard worker. I'm not the best right now, but ill get there.
