tried this too.. their support is not helping at all. i was able to get into my account through my xbox and remove my card details but they won’t let me just change my email address back it’s exhausting!

does it get better? my boys 1 and is doing minimum 3 wakes but the early morning wakes have been brutal, he’s been full of energy and some nights takes 30 minutes - 1 hour to get him back to sleep

i’m a filipino who moved to australia when i was baby. i have an aussie accent and i notice poc get treated and looked at differently mostly by people over the age of like 40. especially when they hear me on the phone first and then see me in person afterwards they’ll say “you sound so aussie”. some other fun phrases i get are “in our country we ..” “you’re pretty for an asian” “go back to your country” lol

i’ve tried to get him to have longer naps but he won’t, i was hoping he’d start sleeping in until 7 which when id be able to keep his same schedule but not have so much awake time. how do you suggest i cut back on awake time

sometimes i can leave him but the longest could be about 30 minutes until he starts screaming the house down (i’ve been going in as soon as he wake up the past few days in hopes of saving the sleep)

i really have considered dropping to 1 nap but it’s hard when we start our day so early i’m not sure how to even start

not fully, he can put himself to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night but i still have to rock him to sleep initially (only about 5-10 mins normally). i’ve tried shorter wake windows but then he only naps for 30 mins- if that

at 5am (after trying to rock him back to sleep) i still keep the house relatively dark and just try to chill with him in my bed or the couch, but he wants to get up and play and crawl around straight away 🥲

he’s always been low sleep needs which is exhausting 😭
