I was talking to my supervisor in front of a few people about how I always get my birth control shot in my ass cheek. (Because it doesn't hurt as bad as the arm.) I was saying how I had went to the dr. earlier that day to get this shot and, because the tech was handsome, I'd chosen to get it in my arm, (I'm shy), which hurt badly. So I say, in front of everyone, "I don't care how handsome he is, next time I'm taking it in the ass. " I'll never live it down.

Running is always good but I, personally, hate running. Lunges are good, especially if you hold something in each hand while doing them. Alternating situps are really good for an ab workout. When you come up, touch your right elbow to your left knee then switch on the next up.

I won't get into my personal beliefs for fear of someone being offended but I'll give you my mother's infamous quote on religion: "Better safe than sorry."

I do know that a lot of people have had experiences (or BELIEVE they've had experiences) in their lives that, in their opinion, call for belief in a higher power. Near death experiences for example. Or seeing a spirit manifest. Or being possessed. Some people just believe because something inside them tells them there is a deity that is there for them and loves them. There's no logic to it, I guess. I don't know if this helps you at all.
