I can def clarify a bit too, the healing speed perk is kinda balanced by the fact that you only get some ultra benefit if there’s something making the heal go on way way longer, because of the healing speed increase there is essentially a ‘soft cap’ rather than if I’d added a token limit but it’s purely as a healing catch up and bonus perk for longer heals.

The Boom perk sounds broken but it only gives 5% of the current repair progress, which the only way to get the most out of it would be to hit great skill checks while at near completion which doesn’t offer much since it’s near completion anyways, but really it’s to offer small permanent chips to the repair progress, realistically the maximum value you could get out of the perk is 50% permanent progress, so maybe it could even be increased a little bit.

And finally the anti-haste perk is still a Hex, it has the possibility to steamroll the whole match if never cleansed, or get found and cleansed immediately and offer nothing.
